Mr. Furst was admitted to practice in California in 1983 after receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative law Review and the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Furst earned his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated with high honors.
