Mr. Kravetz has served as an attorney/advisor to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as well as the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office assigned to the Los Angeles Toxic Waste Strike Force. Mr. Kravetz has practiced in Santa Barbara since 1987 handling a broad range of environmental matters including prosecution and defense of environmental enforcement actions, regulatory compliance counseling, real property transactions, environmental litigation, and the pursuit and litigation of insurance coverage for environmental claims.

Mr. Kravetz has had extensive experience in matters involving Santa Barbara County's Protection Services Division, the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, and in governmental and private actions brought under CERCLA and RCRA.
