Mr. Rogers specializes in business litigation and transactions.
He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1999 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rogers earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C. Santa Barbara. Mr. Rogers also has a certificate in mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mr. Rogers brings a practical and holistic approach to the
practice of law, believing that specific legal outcomes should align with clients’ long-term strategic goals as well. Mr. Rogers has litigated a variety of civil cases at the trial and appellate levels, including product liability, real estate, contract, insurance, and construction disputes. He also advises businesses and individuals on a variety
of non-litigated matters, including business entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance, insurance coverage, contract issues, and management of risks and liability.

Outside the office, Mr. Rogers is dedicated to professional
and philanthropic involvement in the community. He has taught Advanced Legal Writing at the Santa Barbara College of Law and served as a volunteer settlement master for the Santa Barbara Superior Court. Mr. Rogers also serves on the Boards of Directors of Santa Barbara Strings and the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation. He previously served several years on the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and was an Associate Director of Old Spanish Days.
