Trust and Estate Planning Paralegal

We’re seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Planning certified Paralegal with at least three years of experience in Santa Barbara. Our competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package include the following:

Hourly wage ranges from $30 to $40, commensurate with experience. Applicants are required to submit a cover letter along with their resume.

Job specifications and requirements include the following:

• Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of three (3) years of Trust and Estate Planning work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Flexibility to work variable hours

Litigation Associate Position

We are seeking to hire an associate attorney to bolster our busy litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-7 years of experience, preferably with cases involving real estate matters, probate litigation, and contractual disputes,
• excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
• graduated from a top-tier law school.
